Welcome to CM Staffing Group. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when using our website and services, including registering as a dental nurse, requesting temporary dental nurse cover and arranging staffing bookings through CM Staffing Group.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT CM STAFFING GROUP
CM Staffing Group provides temporary dental staffing services, connecting dental practices requiring staffing support with suitably registered dental nurses.
Our aim is to provide a professional, reliable and straightforward service for both dental practices and dental nurses.
2. DENTAL PRACTICE BOOKINGS
Dental practices can request a dental nurse by completing the nurse request form on our website or contacting CM Staffing Group directly.
When requesting a nurse, practices should provide accurate information including the practice name and location, date and working hours required, number of nurses required, relevant shift requirements and appropriate contact details.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee nurse availability.
A booking is considered confirmed once CM Staffing Group has confirmed that a suitable nurse has been allocated to the requested shift.
3. STAFFING RATES & CHARGES
Dental practices will be informed of the applicable rate before a booking is confirmed.
Specific rates, charges, cancellation terms and payment conditions may be provided separately as part of the practice's staffing agreement or booking confirmation.
Rates may be reviewed or changed from time to time.
4. INVOICES & PAYMENT
Invoices will be issued following completed bookings or according to the payment arrangements agreed with the practice.
Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice or staffing agreement.
CM Staffing Group reserves the right to temporarily suspend further bookings where invoices remain overdue.
5. CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING CHANGES
We understand that staffing requirements can change.
Practices should notify CM Staffing Group as soon as possible if they need to cancel, shorten or amend a confirmed booking.
Any cancellation requirements or charges will be detailed within the relevant staffing agreement or booking terms.
Dental nurses must also notify CM Staffing Group as soon as possible if they are unable to attend an accepted shift.
6. DENTAL NURSE REGISTRATION
Dental nurses wishing to receive work opportunities through CM Staffing Group must complete our registration process and provide all requested information and documentation.
This may include valid GDC registration, proof of identity, right-to-work documentation, qualifications, CPD information, DBS documentation where applicable, professional indemnity information, employment history, CV and references.
Registration with CM Staffing Group does not guarantee the availability of shifts or a minimum number of working hours.
7. NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
Dental nurses accepting assignments through CM Staffing Group are expected to maintain appropriate professional standards.
Nurses are responsible for keeping their required registration, training and documentation up to date, arriving punctually for confirmed shifts, maintaining patient confidentiality, working within their professional scope of practice and following reasonable practice policies and procedures.
Nurses must inform CM Staffing Group of any changes that may affect their eligibility to work.
8. PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Dental practices are responsible for providing nurses with a safe and appropriate working environment.
Practices should provide relevant information, instructions, equipment and appropriate induction necessary for nurses to perform their duties safely.
The dental practice remains responsible for its clinical operations, patient care arrangements, health and safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
9. NURSE AVAILABILITY
CM Staffing Group will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable staffing cover but cannot guarantee that a nurse will be available for every request.
Availability may depend on location, date, working hours, notice provided and individual nurse availability.
Where possible, CM Staffing Group will inform the practice promptly if a request cannot be fulfilled.
10. NURSE PAYMENTS
The applicable rate of pay will be communicated to the dental nurse before they accept a shift.
Nurses are responsible for ensuring that any working hours submitted or confirmed are accurate.
Payment arrangements and payment frequency will be communicated separately to registered nurses.
11. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All dental nurses working through CM Staffing Group are expected to maintain appropriate professional standards and comply with applicable GDC standards and requirements.
Concerns regarding conduct, attendance, reliability or performance may be reviewed by CM Staffing Group.
CM Staffing Group reserves the right to stop offering assignments where there are reasonable concerns regarding professional conduct, documentation, reliability or patient safety.
12. COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS
We aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.
Dental practices and nurses should contact CM Staffing Group as soon as possible if they experience an issue relating to a booking or our services.
We may request further information from the relevant parties in order to investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.
13. WEBSITE USE
Information provided on the CM Staffing Group website is intended for general information and use of our staffing services.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, knowingly provide false information or use the website for unlawful purposes.
CM Staffing Group may update, change or remove website content at any time.
14. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted through our website or during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CM Staffing Group will take reasonable care when providing its staffing services and reviewing information supplied during registration.
However, CM Staffing Group cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of dental nurses or that every staffing request will be fulfilled.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CM Staffing Group may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
